Accommodations  

Food is Medicine
All the food we grow and purchase is pesticide and GMO free, and minimally processed and packaged. Our meats are organic, all-grass fed, local (from farmer-friends). We enjoy our own eggs and sometimes chickens. Our well water is delicious.

Healthy Households
Both households are dust and mold free in as much as we avoid carpeting, curtains and cushioned furniture. Falling Water has a venting fan that micro-filters dust and airborne allergens. Our bed mattresses and covers are organic cotton. All cleaning and body care products are non-toxic.

Beauty Abounds
We are located in the northernmost foothills of the Catskills with views of the distant Adirondacks. Our area is stunning for its rolling hills and wide scenic vistas. Both Skyhill Farm (Seward) and Falling Water (Sharon Springs) are located in the NW corner of Schoharie County, very close to the Otsego border.  We are a mile east of a state forest where headwaters for the Susquehanna River are located. This woodland is the source of our stream and waterfall, so the water is clean. 

Nearly Cities
We are 35-50 minutes from Albany, Oneonta, Schenectady and Cooperstown. The quaint historic villages of Sharon Springs and Middleburgh are nearby. New York City is a 2.5 hour bus trip from Albany and a 3.5 hour auto trip from the farm.
